01Overview
Major Accountabilities
Coordinate artwork change requests from initiation through closure. Manage artwork workflows to ensure timely delivery of print-ready artworks.Ensure compliance with company standards, GMP requirements, regulatory requirements, and local market specifications. Support artwork lifecycle activities within defined service levels and operational KPIs.Ensure documentation complies with GMP and internal quality procedures.Timely escalate deviations, risks, and operational issues.Support investigations, CAPA development, and implementation activities.Complete all required training before performing GxP activities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, manufacturing sites, regulatory teams, and external suppliers.Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress.Capture stakeholder feedback and identify service improvement opportunities.Support process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.Assist in updating SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and operational documentation.Maintain dashboards, operational trackers, and timesheets.Support artwork-related projects including divestments, transfers, site transfers, new product launches, and mergers.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, IT or related scientific discipline.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in Artwork Operations, Packaging Operations, Regulatory Operations, Supply Chain, or related pharmaceutical functions.Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of artwork management processes and packaging components.Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Exposure to artwork management systems and workflow tools preferred.Knowledge of QlikSense, Power BI, or reporting tools is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills (English language).Attention to detail and quality mindset.Basic project management capabilities.Ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
