Job Description

Role Overview

Blackstone Credit Insurance (BXCI) is one of the world's leading credit investors seeking to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for institutional and individual investors. As an Analyst or Associate at BXCI India, you will have the opportunity to work across various private credit strategies, sustainable resource investing, and asset-backed financing. You will play a crucial role in conducting due diligence, financial analysis, research, and assisting in the execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Offer exposure across private credit strategies such as distressed special situations and performing credit investing - Participate in sustainable resource investing including renewable energy infrastructure and investment grade debt - Engage in asset-backed financing involving private and public securitized structures - Conduct private equity style due diligence, financial analysis, modeling, and competitive analysis - Develop presentations, assist in the execution of transactions, and draft investment memoranda - Lead individual research projects focused on specific industries or companies - Assume important and integral roles in screening, analyzing, and structuring investment opportunities - Attend client and internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions Qualifications: - Work well in a team-driven environment and demonstrate motivation, intelligence, and sound judgment - Possess a strong academic track record and analytical skills - Exhibit solid English communication skills; business-level fluency in one Asian language preferred - Have 1-3 years of prior buy-side investment banking, consulting, leveraged finance, or securitization experience Note: The duties and responsibilities mentioned are not exhaustive and may be subject to change at any time at Blackstone's sole discretion.
