Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize standardized implementation frameworks for new and existing products
- Build scalable implementation playbooks across SKUs, configuration standards, and guardrails to ensure consistent outcomes across customers
- Define reusable patterns to eliminate one-off, bespoke implementation approaches
- Identify manual, error-prone steps across ingestion, validation, and implementation workflows
- Translate delivery friction into automation, platform, and tooling requirements
- Drive adoption of internal tools and capabilities across teams to enhance efficiency
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed automation into the product rather than layer it externally
- Own pilot initiatives for new implementation workflows
- Define success metrics, evaluate results, and scale successful pilots into standard operating models
- Codify learnings into playbooks, tooling, and self-service assets
Qualifications Required
- 2-4 years of experience in implementation transformation, delivery enablement, or platform enablement roles
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, validation, and implementation workflows, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
- Experience in driving automation and standardization in complex, cross-functional environments
- Systems thinker focusing on how work scales, rather than how tasks are tracked
