01Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day operational activities for client onboarding in accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and agreed timelines.
Maintain and update operational tickets regularly through the ITSM platform to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
Proactively identify and escalate tasks delayed due to dependencies on internal or external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Team Leads and Operational Leads to analyze issues and support effective problem resolution.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets.
Contribute to process documentation, process improvement initiatives, and operational analysis.
Support testing activities during system installations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
Ensure data handling practices comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to all established operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Understanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is preferred.
