01Key Responsibilities
Originate new business opportunities through market outreach, networking, data mining, referrals, and other deal sourcing initiatives.
Source and originate transactions across Private Credit, Special Situation Financing, Debt Syndication and Private Equity.
Build and nurture strong relationships with promoters of mid-market companies, founder-led businesses, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
Evaluate financial statements, negotiate commercial terms, and drive transactions through end-to-end execution.
Consistently achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
3+ years of relevant experience in deal origination or investment banking
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills
