01Responsibilities
Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Regional HR Business Partner, to integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis.
Monitor and coordinate Payroll and associated aspects including reporting of monthly trackers and statutory and actuarial reports as applicable.
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with Operational goals
Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.
Continuously improve data collection processes, reporting standards, and analytical techniques. SPOC (single point of contact) for all HR Operational activities for the region aligned
People Metrics & Insights:
Measure and track key HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and business outcomes.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, Training and Development, attrition and retention.
Work closely with HR teams to collect and analyze the data and ensure data-driven decisions in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Experience :
Qualifications :
Proven experience in system upgrades, integrations, and project management.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.
Strong project management skills to lead and coordinate system upgrades and implementations.
Bachelor's degree in HR or Masters degree in HR preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing HR
MIS .
