01Responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring of online marketing campaigns and contact us/connect with an expert requests from our corporate websites.
- Work closely with the website and marketing automation teams to refine the lead management process including regular performance assessments.
- Document and socialize the end-to-end lead management process from the initial prospect capture through to nurturing and hand-off to sales with the broader organization as needed
- Assess and recommend methods to optimize and streamline the lead process
- Produce lead/opportunity reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate lead progress, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc. to show the growth and revenue attribution of website leads
- Leverage marketing automation, Salesforce.com and other tools as needed to execute and track the success of programs.
- Quality check the leads in SFDC to ensure sales teams are actively working the leads provided.
- Collaborate with marketing & sales to understand when a lead is sales ready based on scoring demographic & behavioral factors.
- Ensure that the marketing automation & SFDC sync is streamlined & operational at all times and work with Tech as required.
- Determines and assigns sales qualified leads to the appropriate sales person.
- Assign other inquiries to appropriate department, or address feedback directly.
About you
Qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant experience.
