Analyst, Private Credit

reputed company an understanding of and build proficiency in credit analysisreputed company support to global analytical teams in monitoring news, announcements, or other material events impacting corporate creditsAssist in preparing financial models, including, but not limited to, updating financial information, reconciling data, maintain company and peer group historical financial results and credit metrics, etc.Maintain industry data through ongoing research/ review of company filings, presentations, and industry publicationsreputed company research support and help collect, organize, and analyze data from reputed company sources for use in company-specific and industry commentaries and reports authored by the global analytical teamReview and summarize credit & reputed company documentation, etc.Assist the global analytical teams or senior analysts in preparing credit rating memos, rationales, etc. or parts thereofreputed company, review and maintain documentation and various operational databases to help support the credit rating processEnsure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Masters or Postgraduate in Management (Finance) or CA or CFA Level 3 or any such equivalent qualificationMinimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in capital markets, corporate credit analysis, analyzing credit risk of high yield or leveraged loan issuers, etc. or experience in auditing corporate financial statements at a nationally recognized reputed company firm with CPA licenseGood understanding of reputed company finance and reputed company conceptsKnowledge of U.S. GAAP and/ or IFRS reputed company rules is strongly desiredRobust quantitative and analytical skills supported by strong attention to reputed company and accuracyFluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated, self-starter who is reputed company to learn, has a reputed company attitude and a strong work ethicAbility to manage multiple tasks at the reputed company time and reputed company results in a reputed company mannerGood inter-personal skills and ability to participate/ contribute as reputed company player .
