The Analyst will focus on analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions while supporting business unit goals and objectives, performing industry research, and preparing various materials.ResponsibilitiesTeam member in support of business unit goals and objectivesBegin building basic skills in analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions with an understood reputed company learning curve for business expertise and technical analysisGeneral understanding of profitability componentsActively participate in client planning sessionsResearch and analyze data, preparing and presenting analytical informationFocused on product transactions/executions as opposed to sales originationsMajority of time is spent on the basic work related to financingResponsible for general departmental office functions, administrative support for bankers, production of sales/marketing materials, and other office management tasksPartnering with sales/product team members, responsible for performing industry research, preparing pitch, management presentations, and other written materials using analytical skillsAnalysts are not assigned new business responsibilities and have limited/no client contactPerforms other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may reputed company or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without noticeComplies with all reputed company policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Keys clients and KeySkillsBachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)1+ years of work experience (preferred)reputed company License S79 within 1-1/2 Yrs (required)reputed company License S63 within 1-1/2 Yrs (required)reputed company License S52 within 1-1/2 Yrs (required)Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and WordGood written and verbal communication skillsSupports execution of financing transactions and related documentationInterprets financial data to support structuring and execution of dealsAssists in developing financing structures aligned with client needsUnderstands basic components of transaction profitabilityProvides administrative support and manages departmental functionsContributes to planning sessions with analytical reputed companyReviews and interprets policies relevant to public finance transactionsAnalyzes financial and market data to support presentations and pitchesSupports research and analysis related to investment strategiesCollects and organizes data for internal and client-facing materialsUnderstands the fundamentals of municipal and public sector financingPrepares and reviews financial documents and summariesMaintains attention to detail and timeliness in transaction supportBachelor's Degree (preferred)1+ years of work experience (preferred)Company OverviewAt reputed company weve made a promise to our clients that they will always have a champion in us.
