Education:
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA (Level 1/2/3), or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
Experience:
4 years of experience in equity capital markets, IPO processes, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Prior exposure to an IPO Mainboard (on issuer or advisor side) is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of SEBI ICDR regulations, Companies Act, and Indian capital markets.
Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail, with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Tools/Software:
MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint
Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or similar financial databases
SEBI filing portals and MCA21 .
