Analyst US Mortgage Loan Payoff ProcessWe provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Mortgage Loan Servicing support to USA clients from Mortgage Finance industry.RESPONSIBILITIESPreparation of Payoff Letters for US Mortgage LoansKnowledge of other mortgage loan servicing activities.Knowledge of all the mortgage documents.Knowledge of calculation of interest and different fees on the Payoff Letters.Basic knowledge on how to respond to the borrower.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEA range of 2 - 3 years of experience in US mortgage loan servicing with Payoff Letters preparation experienceAdvanced Excel Skills like Pivot Tables, vlookups, hlookups, macros, etc.,Business relationship management skills and the ability to understand the needs of business.Demonstrate the ability to review mortgage documents, techniques, filing regulations and guidelines, Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations to senior management.Bachelors degree in finance or accounts, MBA, M.com or any other Post-Grad Degree in Finance a plusQUALITIES Strong commitment to supporting overseas clients with utmost care. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and business partners of the client. Good team player with greater level of integrity, Maintains Strict confidentiality of Clients Data and information. Self-Motivated and Tough task master.
