About The Team: The Corporate Functions team at JPMorganChase covers a diverse range of areas including finance, risk, human resources, and marketing. These teams play a crucial role in setting up businesses, clients, customers, and employees for success within the company. As a part of the MLCOE's Product Operations team, you will focus on the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) to establish standardized, transparent, and repeatable processes for managing requests, implementing procedures, and maintaining operational excellence in product-related activities. This will contribute to the delivery of best-in-class user experiences for MLCOE products. - Assist in daily product operations, including monitoring, issue resolution, and process optimization. - Address client inquiries and operational issues, triaging/escalating as needed for prompt resolution. - Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows and improve product performance. - Collect, analyze, and report on operational metrics to inform decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Work closely with Product Managers, MLCOE Business Ops, Technology, Risk, and other teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives. - Maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for Product Ops and user support. - Ensure all operational activities adhere to compliance requirements and internal JPMC policies. - Support the implementation of new products, features, or operational changes, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-launch monitoring.
