To know more about us, visit www.nexdigm.com Job Description Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process of supplier invoices for accuracy including compliance with TDS and GST. Invoice Accounting: Posting appropriate invoices in the client's ERP. Three-Way Matching: Reconcile vendor invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) prior to payment approval. Reconciliation: Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations and AP aging analyses to highlight and resolve outstanding balances. Payment Execution: Prepare and process domestic and international payments, including electronic fund transfers and check runs, adhering to net terms.
