Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for APIs using Postman and Rest Assured.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure seamless integration of tests into the development process.
- Develop automated tests for REST APIs using Java programming language and Selenium WebDriver.
- Analyze defects reported by stakeholders and work closely with developers to resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in Agile methodologies such as Scrum to deliver high-quality products on time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in API testing with expertise in Postman, Rest Assured, and Java programming language.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Sc).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in writing explicit and concise test cases that cover various scenarios. .
