01Overview
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a ServiceNow developer with a solid focus on platform development and customization.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development tools.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including APM/EA, DPR, ITSM, ITOM, and others.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile and Virtual Agent.
- Familiarity with Integrating external tools (Jira, Clarity, version control and testing tools) and DevOps practices. .
