Job Title: Application Engineer - Motion Control & Automation
Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years
Annual CTC Budget: 1,000,000 - 1,200,000 LPA
Location: Delhi, Bangalore
MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):
Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, or Application Engineering. A stable career history with no excessive job-hopping is strictly required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: Servo Drives/Motors, PLC Programming, VFDs, Motion Controller Integration, System Commissioning, and Industrial Communication Protocols.
Software/Tools: Working proficiency in PLC/HMI/Motion controller programming software and hardware diagnostics tools.
Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with cross-functional OEM engineering teams.
Logistics: 100% strictly Onsite/Travel-heavy role (up to 80% travel) located in Delhi or Bangalore.
Position Overview Architect, design, and commission advanced motion control and automation architectures for leading OEMs and industrial machine manufacturers. Act as a primary technical authority driving end-to-end machine control software integration, system startup, and real-time troubleshooting.
Core Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Design advanced machine automation architectures using servo drives, motion controllers, and PLCs.
Technical Consulting: Lead application reviews, technical discussions, and custom control workshops with strategic OEM client teams.
Software Integration: Develop and validate custom PLC, HMI, motion controller, and industrial network application software.
System Commissioning: Execute live prototype testing, site commissioning, system startup, and root-cause diagnostic troubleshooting.
Engineering Standards: Build reusable application code libraries and conduct technical training sessions for client engineering teams.
