Provide business support and guidance to stakeholders, leveraging product knowledge and application support expertiseManage and resolve functional incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and providing timely resolutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve functional issues.Apply ITIL principles and incident management best practices to ensure efficient and effective issue resolutionTest and simulate business processes and applications to identify areas for improvement and optimize performanceProvide support and guidance to business users, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Technical & Behavioral competencies
8-10 years of professional experience in Application support and functional incident management.In-depth product knowledge, with a proven track record of addressing complex business queries in a regulated industry (banking, payments, fintech).Monitoring, troubleshooting Mobile and Web applications.Solution management business use case clarification with the technology exposure.Functional support experience, with the ability to resolve business-related issues.Application monitoring and troubleshooting skillsLinux, application monitoring tools exposure Beginner levelExposure in applying ITIL principlesStrong English communication skills (written and spoken).Proficient in analytical skills
Specific qualifications
8 - 10 years of relevant professional experience along with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)

Agile methodology exposure
Knowledge of banking products is a nice to have
