- Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. - Implementing ETL solutions to integrate Kinaxis Rapid Response and similar other SCM software in client environment - Experience in leading technical design for inbound / outbound processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kinaxis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Talend experience will be an added advantage - Rapid Response Integration Consultant certification will be a plus - SQL/SSIS experience will be an added advantage - Open to travel - short / long term .
