Application Programming

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and code reviews for critical modules and features, ensuring high code quality and maintainability
- Define technical architecture and design patterns in collaboration with architects and product teams
- Mentor and guide a team of developers on coding standards, best practices, and technical problem-solving
- Break down complex requirements into technical tasks and drive sprint-level execution with the development team
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and scalability issues across the application
- Conduct technical design reviews and ensure adherence to security, performance, and coding best practices
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices within the team
- Participate in technical hiring, onboarding, and skill development planning for the engineering team
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to ongoing and future projects
