01Key Responsibilities
- Has to work on Advance Excel ( Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table )
- Generating Reports ( Data Analysis )
- Extracting Reports by using SQL Commands
- Handling Customer Queries and answering them and resolving them, through mails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic application-related problems.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements.
- Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
- Provide user training and support as needed.
Required Skills:
- Positive Knowledge in SQL Commands / Queries.
- Strong proficiency in Advance Excel ( Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table )
- Experience with CRM systems or within the banking domain is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Special Instructions:
- The candidate will be provided a 2-week free training. Upon completion of this training, a final interview will be conducted. The candidate will be offered a position contingent upon successfully clearing the training period. .
