Application Support Engineer - SAP MM Specialist

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues. - Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems. - Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Capability to document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for ongoing support. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
