Job Description Application Support Engineer (.NET / Database)

Job Summary
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to work at a client location and provide day-to-day application and database support. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle and SQL databases, C# debugging, .NET Core MVC, Web APIs, and basic knowledge of React, along with solid exposure to IIS (Windows) and RHEL Linux servers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support and troubleshoot issues in production and UAT environments.
Debug and resolve issues in C# and .NET Core MVC applications.
Support and maintain Web APIs.
Perform database analysis using Oracle and SQL.
Manage and troubleshoot applications hosted on IIS (Windows Server).
Handle basic server operations on RHEL Linux.
Coordinate with Application team for issue resolution.
Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis (RCA).
Work closely with client teams and adhere to SLA timelines.
Required Technical Skills
Databases: Oracle, SQL
Backend: C#, .NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web API
Frontend: Basic knowledge of React
Servers: IIS (Windows), RHEL Linux
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in application or production support roles. Good communication skills and ability to work under strict timelines. .
