Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes.
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Candidates should have valid B1 Visa.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Application Support Engineering or Production Support role.
- Solid understanding of B1 (Basic) level programming concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze complex problems quickly. .
