Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tier 2 Application Support Engineer to support enterprise production applications and messaging platforms. The role involves troubleshooting complex production issues, root cause analysis, platform support, client onboarding, compliance activities, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Tier 2 production incidents and escalations
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Support Kubernetes (AKS) environments
Troubleshoot Kafka and Azure Event Hub
Support IBM Sterling Integrator
Monitor applications using Splunk, Grafana & Prometheus
Execute SQL/PostgreSQL data analysis
Support CI/CD deployments
Perform Linux troubleshooting
Support Azure and On-Prem production settings
Participate in compliance and operational governance activities
