Position: Application Support Engineer
Experience: 2.5+ Years
Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support.
- Strong hands-on experience in Unix/Linux, SQL and Unix Shell Scripting.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Problem Management.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in incident resolution, stakeholder communication and bridge management.
- Knowledge of ticket/backlog management and prioritization.
- Experience with monthly metrics, recurring-failure analysis and support efficiency/automation.
- Ability to manage shift handovers and assess work-item criticality.
- Exposure to BCP, migration and planned/unplanned support activities.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Middle/Back Office Operations.
- Investment Banking domain experience is an advantage.
