Application Support - TALLY Prime

Take ownership of driving the adoption of software following implementation.Guide clients through the initial usage phase to ensure full integration and optimalfunctionality. Develop an in-depth understanding of product workflows, functionalities and dashboards.Lead the strategy and execution for user onboarding, training and continuous support.Ensure smooth and error-free data input from client systems into the product.Work closely with technical teams to maintain seamless data flow.Monitor and validate data accuracy to uphold system integrity.Ensure timely availability of complete and accurate data.Identify and address any inconsistencies to maintain data sanity.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and achievements.monitor client progress, ensure software usage meets business objectives.Qualification & Experience B.Com / M.com with 4 - 6 years experience in supporting TALLY application.Good in-depth knowledge of TALLY PRIME is essential.
