About the Role
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in managing lender relationships, preparing financial documentation, supporting loan processes, and delivering accurate financial reporting. The position requires close coordination with banks, NBFCs, internal stakeholders, and senior management to ensure compliance, timely reporting, and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance & Lender Coordination
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing.
Manage lender relationships and documentation.
Support loan approvals and disbursement processes.
Ensure timely submission of financial information to lenders.
Monitor loan status and documentation compliance.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Analyze Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Monitor key financial performance indicators.
Support budgeting and financial planning.
Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Credit & Loan Management
Prepare Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM).
Assist in loan proposal preparation.
Coordinate credit documentation.
Review lender requirements.
Ensure financial compliance throughout the loan lifecycle.
MIS Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
Develop financial dashboards and analytical reports.
Monitor business performance metrics.
Support senior management with decision-making reports.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate financial documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking requirements.
Maintain audit-ready financial records.
Support statutory and internal audits.
Coordinate documentation across departments.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Finance, Accounts, Sales, Projects, Legal, and Operations teams.
Collect and validate financial information.
Resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
Support strategic financial initiatives.
Profile Criteria
45 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Banking, Accounts, or Credit Analysis.
MBA in Finance preferred.
Experience working with Banks, NBFCs, or Corporate Finance teams.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, loan documentation, and MIS reporting.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
