Responsibilities
Assist in various agency projects and tasks, gaining hands-on experience.
Support the team in client communication and relationship management.
Help with research and data collection for campaigns and strategies.
Learn and implement best practices in agency operations.
Assist in creating and executing marketing plans and initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop skills in time management and organization.
Attend meetings and take accurate notes for future reference.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team setting.
Complete any other tasks as assigned by the team leads.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate from the year 2023 or later.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning.
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
Basic knowledge of marketing or agency operations is preferred.
