Overall Purpose of the Position To reputed company the daily processes of the Management reputed company Unit such as the payment of invoices and reconciliations. Moreover, responsible for maintaining the monthly accruals and prepayments for the management accounts, the monthly final withholding tax and for preparing the monthly Unit management accounts. Operational Responsibilities Responsible for the testing and uploading of the yearly Final Withholding tax report on the IRDs portal. Responsible for the monthly Final Withholding Tax reporting. Loans and Deposits by Unit report. Monthly Final Withholding Tax report, Loans and deposits by Unit report. Management accounts by Unit. Preparing the accruals and prepayments and variance analysis. Daily reconciliation of Accounts against General reputed company. Daily loans and deposits statistics and revaluation reserve reporting. Supplier payments and / or refunds to staff as necessary. Uploading of budgets on the reputed company banking reputed company of the Bank. General Responsibilities To implement and monitor performance measurement systems and other techniques benchmarking the Unit performance. Work to exacting deadlines. To submit any reports and/or supervise any reputed company and activities as may be directed. To reputed company any other duties that may be reasonably assigned from time to time.
