Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an AR Caller / Accounts Receivable / AR Follow-up professional. The role involves making outbound calls to insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely payment of accounts receivable. The individual will review claim status, update account information in the billing system, and document all interactions accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing aging reports, identifying root causes for non-payment, coordinating with internal teams to correct claim issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role also requires adherence to compliance guidelines, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of AR and denial management processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in AR follow-up processes, including claims status checks, denial resolution, and payment posting.
Experience with Revenue Cycle Management workflows, including coding basics, billing procedures, and payer policies.
Strong communication skills for interacting with insurance representatives and internal stakeholders, with clear documentation abilities.
Comfort using healthcare billing software, spreadsheets, and other IT tools to track and manage accounts. .
