AR Caller and AR Analaysis

Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims. Make outbound calls to insurance providers to check claim status. Identify claim denials, rejections, and payment issues. Verify claim details and insurance information. Take appropriate action to resolve unpaid or pending claims. Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-up activities. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Coordinate with the internal billing team to resolve claim-related issues.
