01Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze CMS-1500 claim forms for accurate billing.Work with coding tools such as CCI and McKesson.Verify claim status, eligibility, and coverage through payer portals.Handle AR follow-up and denial management across multiple specialties.Apply CPT codes and modifiers accurately.Process claims using clearinghouse platforms like Waystar.Coordinate with insurance payers and medical staff to resolve claim-related issues.Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 18 months to 4 years of experience in Physician RCM and AR Calling.Good understanding of CMS-1500 claim forms and physician billingFamiliarity with CCI, McKesson, payer portals, and Waystar.Experience in specialties such as Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery.Graduate in any discipline.Comfortable working in the Night Shift.Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day notice period are preferred.Perks & Benefits:Night Shift Allowance 100 per working dayFixed Week Offs Saturday & SundayTwo-way Cab Facility (within a 25 km radius)Self-Transportation Allowance up to 3,500 .
