01Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
Review denied or pending claims and take appropriate action. Understand payer-specific requirements across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and WC/MVA claims.
Document call notes, action taken, and next steps accurately in the billing system.
Coordinate with internal teams when additional information or documentation is needed.
Work towards meeting individual and team-based targets (productivity & quality).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1.Minimum 1 years of experience as an AR Caller in US Medical Billing / RCM.
2.Strong understanding of the AR follow-up cycle and denials
3.Excellent communication skills & Ability to identify claim issues, analyze denials, and provide resolutions.
4.Proficiency in working with billing software and payer portals.
5.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Willingness to work in Night shift.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The AR Analyst is responsible for managing outstanding insurance and patient receivables, ensuring timely follow-up, payment recovery, denial resolution coordination, and reduction of aging AR. The role focuses on improving cash flow, reducing write-offs, and identifying revenue leakage.
The Senior AR Analyst additionally handles high-value accounts, payer escalations, aging analysis, and AR performance reporting.
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Core Responsibilities (Process Associate AR Analyst)
1. Review and work on outstanding insurance claims.
2. Follow up with payers via phone and portals for claim status.
3. Identify unpaid, underpaid, or partially paid claims.
4. Coordinate with Denial team for appeal submission.
5. Identify and escalate underpayments.
6. Ensure claims are processed within timely filing limits.
7. Maintain detailed follow-up notes in PM system.
8. Work on aging buckets (030, 3160, 6190, 90+).
9. Reduce AR days and improve collection rate.
10. Adhere to SLA and productivity targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1.2 to 4 years of experience as an AR analyst in US Medical Billing / RCM.
2.Robust understanding of the AR follow-up cycle and denials,charge entry.
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Must have end to end experiencce(From Charge entry to Denials)
Walkin- 11.00 am to 3.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
