Job Responsibilities:

• Handle AR follow-up for outstanding US healthcare claims.

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies/payers regarding unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.

• Work on Hospital Billing and/or Physician Billing accounts.

• Analyze EOB/ERA and identify claim payment discrepancies.

• Follow up on denied, rejected, and pending claims and take appropriate action.

• Maintain accurate documentation and update account status.

• Understand CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and claim billing processes.

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

• Escalate complex payer issues when required.
