01Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze CMS-1500 claim forms for accurate billing.
- Work with coding tools such as CCI and McKesson.
- Verify claim status, eligibility, and coverage through payer portals.
- Handle AR follow-up and denial management across multiple specialties.
- Apply CPT codes and modifiers accurately.
- Process claims using clearinghouse platforms like Waystar.
- Coordinate with insurance payers and medical staff to resolve claim-related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Physician RCM and AR Calling.
- Positive understanding of CMS-1500 claim forms and physician billing & Hospital billing (UB04)
- Familiarity with CCI, McKesson, payer portals, and Waystar.
- Experience in specialties such as Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day notice period are preferred.
