Qualifications: Any Graduation (B.Sc., M.Sc. preferred,) with valuable communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria : Min 6 month of experience in AR department.( US Healthcare )
Job Description
Minimum 6 month of experience in AR calling.
Calling insurance companies to follow up on claims filed to expedite payment.
Should have knowledge and experience of AR for an internal medicine and multi speciality practice.
Should be team player.
Need to work in minimum supervision.
Communicate directly with insurance payers to resolve claims issue.
Create and file appeals as necessary.
Check the correct status of AR follows up denials / payments by directly calling insurance companies.
Verify the reason of denial or delay in payment of claim and to identify what all steps needs to be taken.
Effectively communicates coding / billing issues which are causing denials to Leads.
Responsible with account coordinator to implement back up coverage and assignment of files when out of the office.
Excellent oral and written communication skill
