## AR Caller / Senior AR Caller US Healthcare Voice Process
### Role Overview
Omega Healthcare is looking for motivated and detail-oriented AR Callers and Senior AR Callers to join their US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. In this voice-based role, you will be responsible for following up with US-based insurance companies to resolve outstanding medical claims, ensuring timely reimbursements for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of US healthcare billing processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate payer portals and insurance workflows effectively.
### Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies (payers) to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims
- Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and remittance advice to identify claim discrepancies
- Work AR (Accounts Receivable) buckets and resolve outstanding balances within defined timelines
- Identify denial reasons and initiate appropriate appeals or corrective actions
- Document all call outcomes, payer responses, and follow-up actions accurately in the billing system
- Coordinate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and denial management to resolve complex claim issues
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets as defined by team management
- Stay updated on payer-specific guidelines, billing regulations, and US healthcare compliance requirements
### Requirements / Qualifications
- Prior experience in US healthcare AR calling or medical billing is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional phone manner
- Familiarity with medical billing concepts including CPT codes, ICD codes, EOBs, and denial management
- Knowledge of US insurance payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
- Ability to work in rotational or night shifts aligned with US business hours
- Proficiency in using billing software, payer portals, and MS Office tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads
- A graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable; a background in healthcare or life sciences is a plus
