Role Description The AR Caller role at T3Cogno is a full-time, on-site position based in Belgaum. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies or clients to follow up on pending claims, clarify denials, and secure timely payments. Daily tasks include reviewing patient accounts, verifying claim status, updating account information in the system, and documenting all interactions accurately. The role involves working closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, escalate complex issues when needed, and ensure adherence to compliance and confidentiality standards. The AR Caller is expected to meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining professional communication and delivering reliable support to the revenue cycle process.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to handle calls professionally.Candidates should possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review account details and identify reasons for non-payment or claim denials.Candidates should possess proficiency in computer usage, including data entry, use of spreadsheets, and working with billing or claim management systems.Candidates should possess customer service or client-handling skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance.Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-up activities, and documentation efficiently.Prior experience in AR calling, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle management is beneficial.A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in commerce, business, or healthcare administration is an advantage.Willingness to work in shifts as required by business needs and the ability to adapt to process changes and performance targets. .
