Hospital Billing - Minimum of 1yrs experience in hospital billing AR work activity. - Knowledge of Denial management. - Must be familiar with UB-92/UB-04 claims and hospital billing concepts. - Analyzes outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report so the claim can get reimbursed. - Build good rapport with the insurance carrier representative - Documents and takes appropriate action on all claims that have been analyzed and followed-up in the clients software. - Undertakes denial follow-up and appeals work wherever required. - Updates job knowledge and stays current on billing and reimbursement procedures. - Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards. Physician Billing - Minimum of 1yr experience in physician billing RCM. - Knowledge of Denial management, - Must be familiar in CMS-1500 claims and physician billing concept. - Solid knowledge in end-to-end RCM in physician billing. - Follow-up with insurance carriers for claim status. - Follow-up with insurance carriers to check status of outstanding claims. - Receive payment information if the claims have been processed. - Good knowledge in appeals and letters documentation. - Analyze claims in-case of rejections. - Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.
