Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for US healthcare providers.
- Work on denial management and take prompt actions to resolve denials.
- Review assigned work orders accurately.
- Follow up with insurance carriers to check claim status and ensure timely processing.
- Track outstanding claims and obtain payment information once processed.
- Analyze rejected claims and take corrective action.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in AR Calling, Denial Management, Web Portal navigation, and Denied Claims handling.
- Work From Office only.
- Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period preferred.
- Must have complete documents (Education certificates, Offer letters, Payslips, Relieving letters, etc.).

- Days: Monday, Wednesday& Friday only
- Time: 12:00 AM to 3:00 PM
