Q way technologies hiring AR Caller Hopital Billing/ Physician Billing Company Name : Q way technologies Job Title: AR Caller Hospital & Physician Billing Experience Required: 25 Years Location: Chennai Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AR Caller with hands-on expertise in both Hospital Billing and Physician Billing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the revenue cycle management (RCM) process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle insurance follow-ups efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end AR follow-up for both Hospital and Physician billing accounts.Review and analyze unpaid claims and initiate appropriate actions.Contact insurance companies (via calls or payer portals) to check claim status.Identify reasons for claim denials and work towards resolutionProcess appeals and resubmits corrected claims as needed.Maintain accurate documentation of call outcomes and claim updates.Meet productivity and quality targets consistentlyWork on aging reports and prioritize high-value accounts.25 years of experience in AR Calling (Hospital + Physician Billing).Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes.Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.Familiarity with denial management and appeals process.Experience working with major insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercials).Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Interested candidates can apply for this job (Prefered Directwalkin interview only) Required documents to be carried for interview Your updated Resume.
