01Requirements
Proven experience of Minimum 6 months in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) followup and collections.
Solid understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of medical coding (ICD10, CPT) will be an added advantage.
Shift & Work Model:
Must be flexible to work night shifts (US time zone).
5 days working from office.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelors degree in finance or any graduate.
