Job Description:
a. Customer related :
- Adhering to the SLA, and understanding Quality & Auditing parameters
- Anticipates areas where support or influence will be required and discusses situation/concerns with appropriate individuals.
b. People related:
- Addressing the technical queries raised by the team
- Identifying, recommending and implementing ways to increase the productivity and the quality of the team
- Identify key people and build good leaders and engaging team members
- Interacting with management, and put forth queries/concerns of the team
c. Process related :
- 2-3 years experience in managing voice / semi voice process within US Healthcare
- Accountable for the production and quality targets of the team
- Understanding and adhering to quality standards. Ensuring achievement of production and quality targets.
- Coordinating with the client on process related issues and updates
- Updating management on team performance
- Assisting manager in quality management, training, crisis management and administrative crisis.
- Conducting team reviews, submitting progress reports of the team to the manager and conducting appraisals
- Recommending benefits, bonus, incentives and promotions for the team to the Manager/ Sr. Manager
- Understands, knows, and interprets different complex scenarios and is able to resolve all assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- US health care (HIPAA/State Guidelines)
- Process SLA
- Awareness of ISO
- ISMS
- MS office
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Voice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work from office (WFO) and be flexible with night shifts
- Two way cab.
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Experience in Healthcare-Voice process
