AR-Credit control

Manage the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely collections from clients and minimizing overdue accounts. Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of outstanding accounts, utilizing knowledge of both Bureau and Non-Bureau markets. Resolves queries raised by customers regarding invoices and payments, driving customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to address collection issues and enhance operational procedures. Supervise and guide junior team members in daily activities while fostering a productive working environment. Prepare detailed reports on collections and delinquency trends for senior management review. Engage in best practice discussions to continuously improve credit control and collection processes.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any related finance field. Proven experience in credit control and collections, with a solid understanding of the London Market. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve queries efficiently and professionally. Strong knowledge of cash flow management and credit assessment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for interaction with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within the Insurance sector , specifically in the London Market. Familiarity with both Bureau and Non-Bureau collection practices. Leadership experience in managing teams, especially in a finance-driven environment. Certification in credit management or relevant finance accreditation.
