01Responsibilities
Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.
Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
Identify denial reason and work on resolution.
Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.
Candidates must be comfortable with calling on denied claims.
Qualifications:
RCM Experience : Any Graduate/Post Graduate and with minimum 7 months RCM experience
Freshers: Any Graduate (except B.Tech, BE, LLB), Post 2023 graduates only
