Job Title: AR Caller / Accounts Receivable Executive (Fresher) Industry: US Healthcare / Medical Billing Experience: Freshers can apply Shift: Night Shift / US Shift Job Responsibilities - Call insurance companies in the US to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims. - Check claim status and resolve billing issues. - Handle denials, rejections, and payment delays. - Maintain accurate notes and updates in the billing system. - Work with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues. - Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Required Skills - Good English communication skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Willingness to work in night shifts. - Valuable listening and problem-solving ability. - Basic understanding of medical billing is an added advantage. Eligibility - Any Graduate / Undergraduate. - Freshers are eligible. - Candidates with BPO or voice process experience are also preferred. .
