Job Title: AR Caller / Accounts Receivable Executive (Fresher) Industry: US Healthcare / Medical Billing Experience: Freshers can apply Shift: Night Shift / US Shift Job Responsibilities Call insurance companies in the US to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims. Check claim status and resolve billing issues. Handle denials, rejections, and payment delays. Maintain accurate notes and updates in the billing system. Work with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Required Skills Positive English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work in night shifts. Positive listening and problem-solving ability. Basic understanding of medical billing is an added advantage. Eligibility Any Graduate / Undergraduate. Freshers are eligible. Candidates with BPO or voice process experience are also preferred. .
