Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 10+ years of overall US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) Training Leadership.
Candidate should have hands-on experience in:
- Training current hires and conducting refresher training for AR/RCM teams.
- Designing and delivering AR training programs.
- Creating training materials, SOPs, manuals, and process documentation.
- Training on:
- AR Follow-up
- Denial Management
- Appeals
- Insurance Verification
- Medical Billing
- Claims Processing
- Collections
- Monitoring trainee performance, conducting assessments, and identifying knowledge gaps.
- Coaching and mentoring AR associates and trainers.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, and payer guidelines.
- Experience with RCM software such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills .
