01Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Architect role based in Mulund, Mumbai. The person in this role will support senior architects with conceptual design, space planning, and preparation of drawings and 3D models. Daily tasks include developing design options, producing working drawings, assisting with presentations and documentation, and coordinating with internal team members. The Fresher Architect will help in site measurements, basic supervision visits, and documentation of project progress as required. The role involves learning local building regulations, understanding construction details, and contributing creative ideas while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Strong foundation in architectural design principles, space planning, and basic knowledge of building materials and construction methods.Proficiency in architectural drafting and modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM software, SketchUp) and familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).Ability to prepare clear drawings, diagrams, and visual presentations, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Good understanding of or willingness to learn local building codes, regulatory requirements, and sustainable design practices.Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional internship or academic project experience is an advantage.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback, work in a team, and manage multiple tasks responsibly.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive learning mindset and interest in long-term growth within architectural practice.
