01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the delivery of managed services, including client onboarding, infrastructure setup, and service transition.
- Design and implement IT solutions using Cisco, VMware, UCS, storage, networking technologies to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet customer expectations.
- Ensure seamless integration of current systems into existing infrastructure through effective planning and execution.
Job Requirements :

- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of results AND exp in Client Onboarding
- Experience with ITIL processes such as Service Transition (ST) or similar methodologies
Key Technical Skills
- - Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field or equivalent years of experience
- 8+ years experience working in an IT engineering role
- Familiarity with configuring SNMPv2 and SNMPv3 polling and traps. Able to perform SNMP walk of MIBS
- Working knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, and SDWAN devices
- Working knowledge of VMware (Microsoft Hyper-V, a plus)
- Working knowledge of and experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
- Understanding of enterprise class storage (NetApp, Pure, Isilon, Cohesity, Dell/EMC, HP/3Par)
- PowerShell and/or scripting experience
- Understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITIL Cert, a plus) .
